We are Project Yoga:

We are Project Yoga: a small tribe of Yoga Teachers who share the same passion, zeal and dedication to the lifestyle of Yoga. We believe that so much transformation can happen to a person’s mind, body and spirit through a steady and devoted practice. While a Yogic Lifestyle is a deep and personal journey that goes way beyond the physical postures (asana), it is certainly a good starting point to begin introducing breath and body coordination and self-awareness. A mindful and consistent physical practice is can promote vitality to the body, calmness in the mind and a stronger connection to the self, allowing all other aspects of Yoga to begin unfolding.

We are here to support you in class, guide you through the postures and help you build a well-rounded, sustainable practice wherever you are, whether at work or at home.

We firmly believe that if every single person on this earth practiced and embodied the teachings of Yoga, our world can cultivate happiness and freedom for all living beings.

Our Goal

Our aim at Project Yoga is to guide you in building, maintaining and blossoming a Physical Yoga Practice in the comfort and safety of your home or wherever you may be. It is absolutely possible to learn and grow the practice in this manner and we are here to guide you through it, every step of the way.
